Mondo Nougat - CRUNCHY
Discover our original recipe dating back to 1990.
The double roasted almonds, delicate honey and velvety egg whites combine to create the famous ‘crunch’. Loved by ‘torrone’ connoisseurs for its flavour and texture this one is not for the faint hearted.
Keep refrigerated for a real crunch and enjoy as it is or crush it up and sprinkle over your favourite desserts. Use on everything from fairy floss to semi freddo and of course your favourite gelato.
